Neighbourhood Renewal was launched at the Collingwood Public Housing Estate in November 2002. Many achievements have been marked and celebrated on the estate in the ensuing period. Some of the changes  have taken place in the physical environment, some in perceptions of the estate and some in individual community members themselves. This document reflects upon some of those achievements and maps out plans for the coming years.
