Margarita calzone

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon reduced-fat polyunsaturated margarine
1 cup white self raising flour
1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
1 cup reduced-fat milk
2 tablespoons tomato paste, no added salt
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Margarita calzone

Method:
1. Set oven at 220°C.
2. Rub margarine into flour using fingertips.
3. Slowly add milk and mix into a soft dough.
4. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead for a short time until smooth.
5. Roll out into four 10cm circles.
6. Top with tomato paste, herbs, garlic and mozzarella cheese.
7. Fold half of the pastry on top of itself to form a semi-circle encasing the pizza topping.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
