INLLEN  developed  the  VCAL  Link  Model  in  2006  as  a  response  to unacceptable  high  levels  of  youth  nemployment  and  disengagement  of young people within the  inner northern region.   The project was piloted  in 2006 and 2007 and involved partnerships with Lynall Hall Community School as  the  host  enrolling  school,  Mission  Australia  through  the  Connections Program,  Glenroy  Neighbourhood  Learning  Centre  and  PRACE  as  the registered training providers.
