Community Grants Program

Annual Grants 2010 - NOW OPEN

Council’s Annual Grants provide financial and in-kind support for community initiatives and projects that address local needs and enhance the health and wellbeing of the local community.

The Annual Grants 2011 provide funding for small to medium sized projects and initiatives that respond to the diverse social, cultural, recreational, economic and environmental needs of Yarra residents.

Annual Grants are awarded under six streams including:

The Thrive Program is a new 12 month skills development pilot program of the City of Yarra. Thrive will involve successful community groups in a skills development program which focuses on fundraising, governance and operational excellence. Applications to be received by 5pm Thursday 4th March 2010.
