BRAIN INJURY AUSTRALIA NEEDS HELP FROM VICTORIANS

Brain Injury Australia offers acquired brain injury (ABI) information-awareness training.

Brain Injury Australia would be keen to hear about people with an ABI's experiences of any of the services about the services' physical and cognitive "accessibility", their customer service, about how they handle complaints or disputes. Brain Injury Australia would also like to hear from people with an ABI who've had any experiences of lodging a complaint with the PTOV. If you are a carer, family member or service provider please feel free to respond to the e-mail address, below, if you can relate the experience of a person with an ABI's experience.

So that the experience of people with an ABI can be included in the preparation of the training, Brain Injury Australia looks forward to hearing from you by the end of April at the latest. I invite you to get in contact with me directly, either via e-mail nick.rushworth@braininjuryaustralia.org.au  - or call (02) 9591 1094 or 1-800 BRAIN1 (1-800 272 461).

Brain Injury Australia will conduct a  Financial Ombudsman Service on April 21.

Brain Injury Australia will also be offering similar training to the Public Transport Ombudsman scheme in Victoria (PTOV) on Monday May 3.
